1. Acceptance of Terms

All information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and current. cla250 reserves the right to request identity document verification (KYC) at any time to validate your account information.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is considered to be your own. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the cla250 customer support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Not attempting to hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform's systems in any way.
- Not sharing your account with any other individual or transferring account ownership to a third party.
- Complying with all applicable local laws while using the platform.
3. Payments, Transactions & Account Funds
All transactions on the cla250 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX and Touch 'n Go e-wallet. No currency conversion fees apply, as all operations run in MYR.
Deposits
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe stated during the payment process. cla250 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party banking systems or external payment providers. Processed deposits are non-reversible.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to successful identity verification. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe — actual processing times depend on the chosen payment method and account verification status. cla250 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
Unclaimed Funds
Account balances that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to our dormant account policy. Users are encouraged to keep their accounts active and their payment details up to date to ensure smooth withdrawals whenever needed.
4. Account Suspension, Restrictions & Closure
Cla250 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any terms in this document, or has engaged in fraud, system abuse, or illegal activity.
Grounds for Account Suspension
- Submitting false or inaccurate information during the KYC process.
- Multiple accounts operated by the same individual.
- Attempting to exploit bonus or promotional systems in an unauthorised manner.
- Fraudulent activity or attempted money laundering.
- Actions that disrupt other users' experience or the platform's operations.
Voluntary Closure
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the cla250 customer support team. Any eligible account balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process, subject to all applicable withdrawal terms.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The cla250 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. cla250 shall not be liable for any financial loss, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, temporary maintenance downtime, or circumstances beyond our control.
